A: On the card is a validation code that is covered. Scratch off the panel to reveal the validation code. Call 08021810027 or 07080602000, press 1 and follow the voice prompt. Enter the validation code to confirm if it is a Gbam card.

A: You can register on the website or the mobile app. To register, enter your phone number and email in the phone field and click Next. A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code, click next, choose a password and your registration is complete.

A: Click on "Forgot Password" enter your phone number and click on "Request Reset." A code will be sent your registered email Address. Enter the code sent and input a new password.

A: Your Gbam play account is called "Play Box.” You can credit your Play Box by transferring from your winnings (Win Box), bank account or using your card details. The minimum you can transfer is 200 Naira and the maximum is 100,000 Naira per day.

A: Your Play Box is your Gbam Play account. You credit your Play Box with a minimum of 200 Naira and whenever you play, the game value is deducted from it.

A: You can only transfer money from your Play Box to another registered Gbam account’s Play Box. You can't transfer money in your Play Box to your Bank account or your Win Box.

A: Yes, you can only transfer money from your Play Box to a friend's Play Box.

A: Win Box is your Gbam Win account. You can transfer money from your Win Box to your bank account or your Play Box, to play more games.

A: Mega-Win Box is your Gbam Mega-Win account. Your Mega-Win box is your account where winnings of at least 100,000 Naira go to. To access your Mega-Win box you need to go any of our shops (www.gbam.ng/gbamshops) with a valid photo ID. After viewing and validating your photo ID, your money is moved to your Win Box where you can transfer to your bank account or Play Box.

Pay using Card: If you are using a card to pay, please follow these steps-

1. Click on the “Top-up” button
2. Enter or select the amount you want to pay in
3. Select the fund method as Card
4. Click the “Next” button
5. The platform will display the amount you will pay including the transaction fee. (The transaction fee is a percentage of the amount to be paid in. This is charged by the payment gateway providers)
6. Click on the “OK” button to proceed with the Transaction
7. Enter your card details which include-
   1. Card Number
   2. Card expiry details which shows as “Valid Till”
   3. CVV. This is the three-digit security at the back of the card
8. After entering the details, the payment page will be redirected to your bank for authorization. Please enter the necessary details requested to complete the transaction.
9. Your Play Box is credited. For this transaction it may take a few minutes for your wallet to be funded after you receive a debit alert.

If you are paying via Bank transfer, please follow these steps-

1. Click on the “Top-up” button
2. Enter or select the amount you want to pay in
3. Select the fund method as Bank Transfer
4. Click the “Next” button
5. Select your bank from the list and click the “Next” Button
6. The platform will display the amount you will pay including the transaction fee. (The transaction fee is a percentage of the amount to be paid in. This is charged by the payment gateway providers)
7. Click on the “OK” button to proceed with the Transaction
8. Choose your Bank again, enter your 10-digit Bank account number
9. Follow the system prompts. For some banks, you will have to complete the transaction from your registered phone number that is connected to your BVN.
10. Your bank account is debited.
11. Your Play Box is credited. For this transaction it may take a few minutes for your wallet to be funded after you receive a debit alert.
12. Please note that for banks where you have to complete the transaction with your registered phone number, you might be asked to create a PIN. Please type in a 4-digit PIN and use the same for subsequent transactions.

A: You may be charged. Apart from the transaction fee charged by the Payment Gateway partners, the Bank may charge you a transaction fee for using the USSD menu.

A: You can play via the app, website or scratch a physical card. If online, sign in, credit your Gbam account with a minimum of 200 Naira then you can choose the game you want to play. There are different games with values of 100,200,500 and 1000 Naira and you are expected to scratch the card you have bought to see if you have won. If it is a physical card, follow the game rules and scratch off the panel to confirm if you have won.

A: No you haven’t. Gbam has got your back. You can finish playing the game. Just go to the drop-down menu from any page and select “Unplayed Cards”. Games that you have not completed can be found there. All you have to do is to click on the replay button and the saved card will be presented for you to scratch again. Please note that the images on the saved card may appear in a different order from the original version because of how our system recreates the game. However, be rest assured that the game is the same one as originally selected.

A: Unplayed Cards will expire after 30days and will no longer be available in your account. To find your unplayed cards, go to the Main menu on the left hand side of the game, click on “My Account” and select “Unplayed Games”.

A: All your cash winnings move into your Win Box and you can transfer part or all your winnings to your bank account. The steps to follow are given below-

A: When you win online, Gbam credits your Gbam win account which is called "Win Box.” All your winnings are credited to your Win Box and you can move it to your bank account whenever you want using the app or website menu. For winnings of 100,000 Naira and above, your money will move to your "Mega-Win Box" and you need to go to any of our shops with a valid ID to claim your win. Please note that all payouts are in Naira only.

A: You can redeem a maximum of 5000 Naira in any of our shops or retail agents. For winnings above 5,000 Naira, you can redeem directly into your bank account by calling 08021810027 or 07080602000, press 2 and follow the voice prompt.
